‘Twelve weeks to a newer you’
This is a package which has one or two or three personal training sessions a week with food provided for a twelve week period.
Here you will get the benefits of specific, focused one on one training and proper eating. The aim is to get you in great shape, fitter, healthier and set up for life long habits. If you are focussed, disciplined and committed for twelve weeks then this package will achieve your goals.
Costs:
- one training session a week and food (five meals, seven days a week) $250 + GST per week
- two training sessions a week and food (five meals, seven days a week) $300 + GST per week
- three training sessions a week and food (five meals, seven days a week) $350 + GST per week
