K' n A' Health and Fitness offer a number of nutritional programmes designed to compliment the physical training we provide. Our clients increase the likelihood of them meeting their fitness and health targets when they choose to work with us from a nutritional perspective as well.

We offer a number of programmes designed to provide flexible options depending on our client's differing needs and requirements. 

 

Nutritional Consultation

A 30min consultation and food monitoring session.

Usually conducted once a week for a twelve week period.

Cost 

  • $45.00 +GST per session
 

4 Week Healthy Eating

‘On the Road to Healthy eating’

This is a four week programme where we provide your food for four weeks with five small meals a day provided (breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, pm snack, dinner).

The meals are from fresh ingredients (some are frozen) and range from muesli and crumpets in the morning to a salmon steak or scotch fillet steak at night.

  • Meals are uplifted for K' n A' Health and Fitness twice a week
  • A nutritional consultation, weigh in and interview is conducted weekly
  • An initial consultation is conducted to ascertain any allergies and food preferences

Cost

  • Approx $220 +GST per week per person

12 Weeks to Newer You

‘Twelve weeks to a newer you’

This is a package which has one or two or three personal training sessions a week with food provided for a twelve week period.

Here you will get the benefits of specific, focused one on one training and proper eating. The aim is to get you in great shape, fitter, healthier and set up for life long habits.  If you are focussed, disciplined and committed for twelve weeks then this package will achieve your goals.

Costs:

  • one training session a week and food (five meals, seven days a week) $250 + GST per week
  • two training sessions a week and food (five meals, seven days a week) $300 + GST per week
  • three training sessions a week and food (five meals, seven days a week) $350 + GST per week
