At K' n A' Health and Fitness we not only write and design meal plans for our clients but we also provide the food for either a four week or twelve week course.

Each meal plan is tailored to the clients requirements.

We offer the four week 'healthy eating' programme (with food) which teaches the basics of healthy eating and sets people of the path toward a healthier diet.

We also offer the 'twelve weeks to a newer you' programme (with food) that gives enough time to achieve results for our clients.

We shop, prepare and serve all your weekly meals specific to your individual needs – all you have to do is collect your food packs twice a week.

Meal Plans

  1. K' n A' Health and Fitness write up food plans specific to the individual - no two motors run the same way. Each and every client has different requirements.
  2. Once a consultation process has taken place then a specific eating plan can be written up.
  3. Once we have consulted with the client, we set off to do their shopping for them, reducing or eliminating all temptation for the client.
  4. We then prepare and package their meals. Each pack is calorie counted and portion allocated.
  5. The client collects their food several times a week, allowing all food to be fresh.
  6. The client eats only what we provide, as long as the client adheres to our supplied food the results will come.
