K’nA’ Health and Fitness enforce 3 small main meals with fruit or recommended snacks in between. This in effect is having 4-6 small meals a day eating approx every 4-6 hours.

Most of our results stem from proper eating.

Dinner portions must be kept small, generally eliminating the carbohydrate component – protein is always recommended in your breakfast, lunch and dinner.

 

At Kn A Health and Fitness we not only write and design meal plans for our clients but we also provide the food for either a four week or twelve week course. Each meal plan is tailored to the clients requirements. 

We offer the four week healthy eating programme (with food) which teaches the basics of healthy eating and sets people of the path toward a healthier diet.

We also offer the twelve programme (with food) that gives enough time to achieve results for our clients.
