Workplace Training is designed to push and test the team aspect of the workplace environment.
Not only will it improve the individual fitness levels but it will also foster greater teamwork and morale which can lead to greater productivity in the workplace. This is the basis of the ‘Healthy Body Focused Mind’ programme.

For workplace training, numbers can vary, anywhere from a small group up 30 people and so K' n A' Health and Fitness will design a programme for you and your staff based on numbers, frequency, fitness level, location and goals. Costs will vary but generally they average $15.00 +GST per person per session.
The length of the training is normally from eight to twelve weeks depending on workplace requirements.
