Personal Training or Body Coaching as we prefer to call it, is designed to focus the individual and keep them on track toward their fitness goals.

At times our clients motivation can wane, with the stress of daily life, however our Body Coaches will keep you on target and keep you heading toward your Health and Fitness goals.

The cost of a personal training session (45mins-one hour) is $75.00 +GST.  

These sessions include nutritional guidance, a training programme and core specific training.   Food can also be included in the twelve week package (see 'Twelve weeks to a newer you') and will see a discount provided on the food.
